DRAGON ALTAR is a game development studio with the technical, creative and production capabilities to create a new generation of casual games.

We are proud of the fact that in less than a year we have gathered the team of world-class creative professionals with impressive experience and talent. Moreover, during this time we managed to create a technological platform and a special methodology for effective game development process and, as a result, we have released the first two games of the highest quality.

In contrast to other companies our studio manages to develop several projects at one and the same time. Now we are developing five games, two of which are completed and will come into the market in the shortest future. The others will be released this October

DRAGON ALTAR studio was founded by the team of game industry enthusiasts. The most part of our team has created big projects in the past and was proud of possessing the status of a developer of true computer games with huge budgets and long years of development. At the same time we were playing small games and loved them for their naive spontaneity and frankness which can only be found in casual games.

In 2006 we decided to embody our love to casual games in studio creation, which was designed to produce good-looking funny and fascinating games. One of us took all the challenge of financing this dream. It was the date when DRAGON ALTAR was born.

Where can I download those old DOS games like word rescue?

Is it possible to download old DOS games like word rescue using windows 7 or windows XP? Anyone know of any safe websites for this download and is it even possible without having DOS?

I don’t know about word rescue, but a great site for great old games is GOG (good ol’ games).

How to "make up" words on word games?

I play hating with friends and some of my cousins make up words that don’t exist but they are somehow still playable. Can you tell me how to make up a useable word that meets the games requiements?

Where’s the fun in that? If you are playing the game online, the built-in dictionary will deny the word…and in a board game, the other players can challenge it…and if the word is not found in the agreed-upon dictionary, the player who used the word loses his turn.

Steam keeps pausing my game downloads, how do i stop it?

i left click it, it still gives me the option to pause it, even though it says download paused. and so i press it, it still says download paused, then i press resume and it say ‘85%’ then straight away - download paused again. Its not because im opening a steam game - thats not the case. So what is it and how do i make it work?

Don’t worry your not the only one. Since steam has over 10million users it will obviously glitch.
Just restart steam and leave it on without interacting with it.

Dragon activities for an emergent preschool?

I am doing a practicum in a preschool that is entirely emergent. I need to come up with 2 activities that are dragon-related as their current interest is dragons due to the Chinese New Year.

I was thinking of altering my physical activity dice (One set has numbers on it, the other has actions like jumping jacks, jumping on one foot, etc) so that all the actions are dragon related, like "blow fire" and "flap your wings" and "shake your dragon tail’ and things like that.

For an art activity I want it to me more art than a craft (so not focused on the end product) and I was thinking of cutting out dragon body parts and giving them to the children to assemble as they wish along with different things to give their dragon eyes, a tongue, spikes, some fire etc.

OR I was thinking of doing a "science" activity and "exploring" dragons, by having items to resemble dragon "parts" like dragon teeth, scales, dragon mane (for dragons who have hair), dragon gold, etc.

I’d very very much like more suggestions as I’m a bit stumped as to what sounds good. I need to be excited about it, and the things mentioned above are exciting to me - but coming up with the materials might be a problem. It can be a gross-motor activity, movement story, art activity, science activity, anything.

Hi. Make a dragon dance! Have the children create dragon masks with paper and popsicle sticks. and tails with feathers and ribbons. let the children take turns leading the dragon dance with the other children following. You can get a large piece of fabric to drape over them to create a dragon parade. Create your own dragon story… have the children share ideas about where a dragon would live, what he would do, how he would look, etc. and then create the story together!

How to download m-rated game downloads on xbox 360?

My family settings are turned off, my windows live ID thinks I’m 25, I’ve gone through initial setup and all the menus and still whenever I try to download any M-rated game demo, it says "this account is not permitted to download content with this rating" what the heck?

You can’t have a child account. If, when you made an account, it was a child registered one, it will not let you download M-rated material until your 17. You can get around this if make a new account with the age above 17, get silver-live, and download what you want from there. Then you copy it to your other account and you’ll have it. Hope I helped.

What are some video games to put on my Christmas list?

What are some good video games I should get, aside from what I already have? I like almost all mainstream video games that most people like, so yeah.

You can go into Www.Bing.com and punch in new video games just out… This will give you a huge idea of what just came out and you can choose from well over a dozen of new releases. :-) New doesn’t mean, just released… I would aim for anything that came out in the last 3 months as well… (as they will be slightly cheaper) :)
