According to you, who/what would best fit the role of Arch-Nemesis for the "Ice Lady"?

Ice Lady is my alter ego. I am an extremely powerful Witch with advanced mastery in waterbending. I live in the Palace of Ice, and keep a Frost Dragon as my guardian pet…. (just take a look at my profile for more details) ^_^

Any suggestion for my nemesis would be appreciated, but I would prefer an Arch-Nemesis with background twists, or the one whose destiny is intertwined with myself….
