   Just so you know i know that capcom has said that they dont mind people useing there charictors for a non profit game, like mugen. I think SNK said the same but i’m not 100% on that one.

    I’m no pro at MUGEN …
    I’m no pro at MUGEN and you might have to edit a file to change those kind of settings. I doubt it’s complicated but you might want to reach out to a MUGEN community were they may have some tutorials or faqs.
