I put the downloads for my Sims 2 game Downloads folder but it still isn’t on my game! What do I do?

I downloaded it and put it into EAgames/downloads thingy but it still isnt on my game. What do I do?
How do i install them onto my game?

If not then download sim maid file 2 on your computer,
then just take all your downloads and move them there, and they should appear into your game?
