Is the reloaded game downloads from rapidshare legal?

I mean downloading pieces of game files from a site, combining together and burning to a disk, installing the game and playing is illegal or not?

It is illegal. Please buy your games, do not download them illegally.

    If the game is normally free, then it is okay (I believe.)

    HOWEVER… if you normally need to pay for the game, and you are getting the download from somebody else for free, it is Illegal.

    If the game is open source then it’s legal. If it’s under copyright then it’s illegal.
