On the xbox 360 marketplace if you download a demo or game, can you play any other games while it downloads?

I’ve downloaded a xbox 360 game over the market place and some times when i play game it says download stopped and i have to quit what ive been doing. What the guide lines for playing while downloading. Would i be able to play a already downloaded game like castle crashers while i download saints row 2

You can play any game offline and the demo game will still dl… you just dont get "download restarted" msg or anything like that…
