How to Win Playing Slot Machines

A former professional gambler explains why playing a slot machine is no way to win. He explains why winning at slots is not random, and why no skill is involved. He demonstrates how to program one of the popular slot machine models, which in itself proves that slot machines are programmed to take your money, instead of paying you a jackpot.

The only time I tried a slot machine I put 1 € in and won 2. I didn’t fall for the tease (”hey, see, you can win, keep dumping money in”) and immediately left.

    Most machines will …
Most machines will let you win a few coins here and there, simply to keep you interested. When the older machines are primed and ready to payout, they will start letting you win several small to medium sized jackpots. Often times, they will let loose with 2 or 3 big jackpots in a row.

The modern machines are not that way, but they will still toss back a few of your coins, simply to keep you playing.

    The problem is, …
The problem is, determining how many spins will take place between jackpots. Also, casinos frown upon sharks who lurk around the slot machines.

    This could be a …
This could be a gold mine.
if what youre saying is tru then
a person who goes EVERYDAY to the casino
to the same machine, and keep there watching all day
    nd see that noone wins
then she should try to spend all his coins there cause he will win.
    cause noone did
so yeah if a guy with no life goes all days to casinos they could make theirselve rich.

Is there any machines that you know of that let out a small win in the first few plays. If you are the first to be on the machine in a whiel, to lure you into playing on that machine longer?

    The total payout …
The total payout percentage is normally (but not always) set at the factory. The casino decides on the percentage by taking into consideration the local laws regarding payout, and what percentage their competitor’s machines are set at. Another point I address in my new slot machine video, is that the rules of thumb for playing older slot machines are different than those of the new modern machines.

There is a Return Table posted online for a particular slot machine. The jackpot line reads:

    Combinations:1
    Probabilty: 0.000004
    Return: 0.009155

I won one of these …
I won one of these slot machines at a church festive for the silent auction. I collect coin operated things and such, but yea, after playing it, you can tell the computer inside tells the reels where to stop no matter when you hit the buttons. sometimes you can notice the extra fraction of a second more it still spins even though you’;ve already pressed the skill stop buttons. STICK TO THE PENNY MACHINES in real casinos!!! :D

    That is exactly …
That is exactly what slots are good for, playing them for the enjoyment of playing. That is why I like nickel slots so much, you may not win much, but you will not lose much either.

    Legitimate (honest) …
Legitimate (honest) casinos DO NOT change the settings during the day, but some of the shady ones do. For legitimate casinos, payout percentages are set at the factory, and the casinos CLAIM that they never alter them after they take ownership of them. What we need to remember here, is that like any other computer, the computer in these machines can be programmed to do whatever the owner of the machine (computer) wants it to do.

    They are all the …
They are all the same to the extent that they are preprogrammed to payout at a certain percentage, and that there is no such thing as a true Random Number Generator RNG. And for everyone out there who tries to say I’m wrong here, these machines use a PRNG, not a RNG. Any time you play a machine, you are basically playing a computer program, and this program has set parameters that you cannot overcome. But I do like the odds on video poker much better than those of slot machines.

No you don’t. The proof that you are not telling the truth is that you said everything I said is wrong. This proves that you have no idea what I’m talking about; and therefore are a liar.

On the off chance that you really do work as a slot tech, then who would ever believe you because once people realized how much of a scam slot machines are, you would be out of a job. So either way, you cannot be trusted.

    Thanks for watching
