Hmm why is the game play choppy every now and then? Is it my regular tv that can’t do any better? When I see the cut scene videos they are silky smooth in this youtube review but not on my PS3. What is up with THAT???!? huh
the over heat thing …
the over heat thing will be tested but it cost less to run and gets less hot. if that helps. not like the reg got hot. but it runs cooler. but the size its much smaller, thinner and lighter. if you dont have a ps3 i would say get the slim if you do already dont even bother. the audio is the same i use optical out to a sony receiver surround system. the remote i really wouldnt know it doesnt come with a blueray remote and the one i have bought works fine. i also can use my tvs remote as well.

i OWN BOTH>>> like i have both already at my house!!!! it IS slim. when they say slim they are speaking compairing it to its previous models. its much slimmer and smaller then pervious. i have them sitting next to eachother on 2 seperate tvs. there is a difference. the real difference is the energy efficiency and running temps are minimized. other than the size.

The main difference between the regular PS3 and the slim is that sony are not losing mony on the slim like they did with the regular PS3. sony found a way to cut the price of making a PS3 by 70% and they made a new PS3 and called it the silm its not really silm at all they needed a nem so they named it after the PS2 silm.

the ps3 slim is exactly the same as the regular ” new one”. EXACTLY the same i have put both sets of specs side by side and there exactly the same. it is different then the old ps3 cause like the new ones it doesnt play ps2 games. but its not faster at all. it is more energy efficient and smaller ‘obviously” also it does run at alittle cooler temps but not much. basically its just smaller and more energy efficient. i own both and neither is fast then the other.
