What are some good language/word games?

I don’t mean stuff that you play in a classroom, I’m looking for some games that revolve around words and language - in the vein of Scattergories, Catch Phrase, Scrabble, UpWords, and stuff like that. What are some other board games - especially simple ones (like those I just named) - that center around words and language?

(I’m hosting a party for people who are all mostly English teachers/tutors/majors)

Balderdash, Taboo, and depending on the type of crowd you have.. Dirty Minds.

There is a game called Smart Mouth and you have two letters and there are different ways to play but you mostly just have to think of a word that starts and ends with the two letters the fastest.. and the word has to have more than 3 letters in it. It’s pretty fun. :)

Apples to Apples is really fun, so is Boggle, and Upwords.

Balderdash is great. Boggle can be great for spelling. I would add both of those to your list.
