    Ellison clearly …
Ellison clearly defined “implemented” for him at 2:22 to a degree that even a 13 year old kid, not to mention a Justice Department Official should be able to understand. John Yoo knows full well what “implemented” means, he just doesn’t want to answer the question.

    Either he’s …
Either he’s willingly dodging questions, which he’s obviously doing, or he’s so ing stupid that he managed to make it into one of the highest Law Enforcement Offices in this Country without being able to use the ing english language.

What a bunch of bullshit this was.

    You can tell that …
You can tell that John Yoo does not want to answer the question, because he knows well he’s busted and exposed if he does.

    Of course Yoo knows …
Of course Yoo knows what “followed” means, I think he is just playing Ellison for time. He does an Oscar winning role of an idiot. And of course he knew the opinions set on the memo were going to be put into effect. That is the reason they were written in the first place, a legal umbrella.

    In other words, he …
In other words, he gave advice, as an attorney, to his client. He didn’t necessarily know what his client did with that advice, and couldn’t elaborate at any great length about that advice or his client’s stated intentions. There’s that pesky little thing called the common law, which ordinarily prohibits attorneys from revealing the discussions with his client. Same rule applies for husband and wife.

    Ellison was …
Ellison was behaving as a fool who couldn’t define his words. Opinions are just that — opinions about a legal matter, which advise the policymakers regarding what may be allowed, and what is prohibited. Yoo did not know whether his memos were followed, to the extent that policymakers allowed actions in keeping with the interpretation of the law that was laid out in the legal opinions.

What a ing scum bag. This guy literally deserves to die for the memos he helped to draft. This guy practically wrote the war on terror, and all based on manipulative pseudo-legal nonsense. Complete douche, inexcusable criminal.

    With your awareness …
With your awareness Sir. I hope you might be among those who would seek to ure that no amount of privilege clouds misuse of power. It is important to our constitution as a particular foundation that privilege not be judged less ernestly than ethical stamina of expertise.

    Unethical behavior …
Unethical behavior is the very human act of letting the mind be in service to the narcissistic powers of the person. Is there anything at any of the “Cream of the Crop:” institutions that measures to what extent an expert is capable of acting in the service of the client. In this case Mr. Yoo was a servant of the constitution and the counsel to the President in support of the constitution. Is there a way the bar measures for such service or disservice? Very interested in your answer.

    Mr. Yoo is …
Mr. Yoo is responsable for his own actions and if the Neo Cons are in control of the military they are hiding behind this man. He is aware of their control and is complicit in their actions of a coup against the constitution such as President Eisenhower warned.

Thank goodness for Arthur Davis or we would have had to continue to listen to jibber jabber. LORD, answer the question, is TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR, AN HONEST ANSWER. Dancing around the question only makes you look like a coward and a fool. Be A MAN and stand up for what you did. You did it than, MAN UP TO YOUR ACTIONS. Yoo is so pathetic its ridiculous.
